Refund Policy

At Peninsula Gourmet Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and are dedicated to ensuring that we meet your expectations.  In the event of a return, damaged product or cancellation:

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

If your order is defective in any way, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a credit, exchange, or full refund.

Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging within 10 days of the time you receive your order.

Returned items that have been used or removed from their original packaging will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

Where a product is not available at the time of order we will substitute an alternative of similar type and value

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a gift hamper that has been damaged or the item is incorrect, please contact us on 03 5981 9123 with your order reference number and we will try to rectify as soon as possible

Non-Returnable Items

All food items, customised orders or personalised items are non-returnable. 

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted if we have not yet processed your order.  Please note; most orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.
