What’s your product passion?

My passion for making chocolates started some 15 years ago when I did my first (of many) chocolate making classes at Savour School. I got to sample and work with good Belgian chocolate and quality ingredients that I continue to work with today. Family and friends were my students and taste testers for many years. Having stepped back from corporate life and now living in Flinders, artisan chocolate making has taken centre stage, allowing me to create great quality chocolates, sell products at local markets and partner with local retailers.

What does the Mornington Peninsula mean to you?

Growing up, school holidays and weekends were spent in Mornington and later Mount Martha. I have always loved the Peninsula, its local markets, great beaches and fabulous wineries. I feel so very fortunate to now be living on the Peninsula and producing chocolates from my home-based

Favourite place to eat?

The Somers General. A lovely local café/store that does great breakfasts and good coffee.

Favourite place to drink?

Cellar and Pantry in Red Hill. A lovely community hub - I go for their coffee and plan to try their happy hour very soon!

Favourite place to go?

Emu Plains Market on the Balnarring Racecourse – a stunning location under the stringy barks with a wonderful variety of stalls selling local products.
