Refund policy
At Hamper Yourself, we take pride in the quality of our products and we are dedicated to ensuring that we meet your expectations.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
- If your order is defective in any way, you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a credit, exchange, or full refund.
- Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging within 7 days of the time you receive your order.
- Returned items that have been used or removed from their original packaging will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.
- Where a product is not available at the time of order we will substitute an alternative of similar type and value
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer.
- For your protection, we use a reputable shipping service such as Australia Post. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
All food items, customised orders or personalised items are non-returnable.Â
Return Authorisation
All returns must receive prior authorisation by e-mailing us through our contact form and requesting a Return Authorisation. You will then receive a Return Authorisation Number from us which must be included with your returned items. Refunds will not be issued on returns that do not include a valid Return Authorisation Number.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted if we have not yet processed your order. (Note: Most orders are processed immediately upon receipt of your payment)
Order Details
To process your order correctly, you must specify your delivery and contact details during checkout. Hamper Yourself cannot accept liability for missing or wrongly delivered orders as a result of inaccurate order details.
Please note we do not provide a Gift Order service. Contact details entered into the order form must be your own as our payment provider (PayPal) requires an email address to process payment receipts.
Restocking Fees
Any items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
