In recognition of its cattle station origin, our Merricks Traditional hamper is an ode to the BBQ. Star of the show is the award-winning local restaurant Red Gum BBQ’s Beef Rub – a mouth-watering Texas-style rub with a very local twist. Good meat requires a good oil so we’ve included one of the Peninsula’s best in Harts Farm Extra Virgin Olive Oil, while the seasoning gets an upgrade with Red Hill Truffles Truffle Salt. Rounding out the box we have Mumma Made Pale Ale Mustard for the perfect accompaniment to the meat and The Garlic Company’s Black Garlic Beer Nut Mix to kick proceedings off.
